APPLICATION PROCESS FOR 2020-2021

The applications for the 2020-2021 school year are available to download below. Please mail or hand deliver the completed application to the school office along with a family photo and the $75 application fee made payable to Park Avenue Methodist. All applications are due no later than Wednesday, January 8th, 2020.

After your completed application is received, PAMDS will email you to schedule a group tour. Please allow a few weeks for the school to contact you after submitting your application. Group tours will start in late September/beginning of October. Following your tour, PAMDS will contact you to schedule an appointment for you and your child to come to the school for a playgroup. Both the tour and playgroup are required to be considered for September 2020 admission.

Families who have attended a tour and playgroup will be notified of acceptance on February 27th, 2020 according to the ISAAGNY acceptance guidelines. Sibling and legacy families (parents, aunts, uncles and grandparents who attended PAMDS) should let the office know if they would like to opt for Early Notification. These families should submit their applications as soon as possible as they will be notified of acceptance between December 2nd, 2019 and January 17th, 2020 according to ISAAGNY guidelines.

If your family has any application needs for the current 2019-2020 school year, please contact the school office.
